Elizabeth Baty is a funeral director and embalmer at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home in Seattle, Washington. Christian Chambers is Director of Sales for The Outlook Group, a funeral prearrangement sales and marketing organization based in Franklin, Ohio. He is a recognized million dollar sales producer and has received many nationally recognized sales awards of achievement for outstanding service and production. Christian is a Certified Preplanning Consultant. He hold a bachelor's degree in mortuary science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and has attended Ohio University.
Todd Dashley, is Vice President of Crown Hill Cemetery and Funeral Home in Indianapolis, Indiana, responsible for the entire sales and marketing program for the cemetery and funeral home, as well as for the daily operations of the funeral home. Crown Hill Cemetery is a 555 acre-cemetery serving 1,400 families per year. Crown Hill Funeral Home serves more than 400 families per year. Previously, Todd was sales manager of Crown Hill Cemetery and Funeral Home from 1997 to 2000; human resource manager for TAD Corporation from 1991 to 1997; human resource manager for Interim Services from 1989 to 1991; and a personnel manager in the US Army from 1981 to 1989.
Pat Downey, CCE, is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Palm Mortuaries in Las Vegas, Nevada. Before assuming this position, he was president of Genesis SMS, a full-service sales and marketing consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. He formerly served as vice president of marketing and regional vice president of sales for Carriage Services, and vice president sof ales and marketing for Memorial Park Inc. of Memphis, Tennessee. Pat is a 20-year member of the ICFA and is currently vice president of the ICFA's Products and Services Committee. He was chancellor of the ICFA University from 1995 through 2000 and was dean of the ICFAU College of Sales and Marketing in 2001-2002. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
Mike Hays is Vice President of Advance Planning for Keystone Group Holdings Inc. in Tampa, Florida, and is Co-Chair of Naked Sales V. Previously he served as a regional vice president for Keystone. Mike has managed advance-planning programs for more than 175 funeral home locations and 25 cemeteries. He is a licensed Kentucky funeral director and has served as sales director for all Keystone Advance Planning locations. He earned his bachelor's degree in education from Berea College.
Christine Jacob is Preneed Manager for Krause Funeral Home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has been training and managing people in different careers for 30 years and has worked in preneed funeral arrangements since 1993, first as a counselor and then as a state manager for a third-party marketing company. She helped many funeral homes start active preneed programs by hiring and training counselors to represent their funeral homes. For the past seven years, Christine has been at Krause Funeral Homes, working to create a positive atmosphere to help counselors set their own goals and achieve success.
Matt Kreidenweis is a Partner at Independent Funeral Planning Alliance, a preneed marketing and management firm serving more than 100 independent funeral homes in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina. As one of two owners of the company, he handles implementation of clients' marketing programs and coordinates all counselor training. Before joining IFPA in 1997, he was a national account representative with Forethought Financial Services. He is a graduate of Wilmington College of Ohio, with a major in marketing.
Tom McDowell is National Sales Manager for the Bronze Division of Matthews International Corporation, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this position he supports the efforts of Matthews' regional managers and works closely with customers. Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the memorialization industry, including previous sales and management positions with Matthews as well as Gibraltar Mausoleum Corporation and York Bronze. Prior to assuming his current position in 2002, he was Matthew's national key account manager. He is an active member of the ICFA, the National Catholic Cemetery Conference, the Southern Cemetery Association and many state associations.
Gwen Mooney is Director of Advanced Planning for the Jon Deitloff Funeral Centre in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is Co-Chair of Naked Sales V. Prior to joining Deitloff in July 1999, she worked as a preneed sales manager at a Funeral Home in Dayton, Ohio, and she formerly worked in the sales department at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati. Gwen graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in March 1992 with a bachelor's degree in Mortuary Science and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. She also is a licensed Insurance Agent in the State of Ohio.
Doug Oliver is a Regional Director for Arbor Memorial Services, Ontario, Canada. Prior to his current position, he served as a sales trainer at Arbor for seven years, and he helped put the company's booth and fair program into place.
Gary O'Sullivan, CCE, is President of the Gary O'Sullivan Company, a consulting firm pro-viding sales and marketing services to the cemetery and funeral industry. Prior to forming this company, Gary was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Carriage Services in Houston, Texas. He is a Past President of the Southern Cemetery Association (SCA) and has been very involved in both SCA and ICFA for over 15 years. Dick Perl is Director of Sales and Marketing for the Harpeth Family of funeral firms in Nashville, Tennessee. Rick Wesner is President of E.C. Wesner Associates Inc. in Coral Springs, Florida. He is a consultant, speaker and author who helps cemetery and funeral organizations develop and implement effective marketing and sales program. Dave Wharmby, CCE is Senior Vice President for Inglewood Park Cemetery and its affiliate, Park Lawn Memorial Park. He is also Director of Marketing for Western Memorial Service Corporation and Western Sequoia Corporation, the leading provider of marketing services to Catholic Cemeteries. Dave has been active in cemetery work for the almost 30 years and has been a speaker for the ICFA and for ALPAR - the Central and South American cemetery association - along with numerous national, regional and state cemetery groups. Gregg Williamson, CCE, is an Executive Vice President and Officer at Rose Hills Co. in Whittier, California, which encompasses over 1,400 acres and employs 605 staff members serving more than 10,000 families annually. Prior to joining Rose Hills, he was an executive officer with Palm Mortuaries in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bill Wright, CCE, is Vice President of Fairlawn Burial Park and Heritage Funeral Home in Hutchinson, Kansas, and is ICFA President. He has served as ICFA vice president and as a board member, and he is a former chairman of the ICFA Small Cemetery and Funeral Advisory Committee. Bill is a past president of the Kansas Cemetery Association and has been active in the Central States Cemetery Association. In addition, he formerly served as a Cemetery Consumer Service Council representative for the state of Kansas.
