ICCFA University

ICCFA University (ICCFAU) is an intensive academic program designed to groom current and prospective managers for leadership positions in the cemetery and funeral service industry. Faculty include University of Memphis staff members from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics partnered with cemetery and funeral executives.
This year, ICCFAU introduces a new College of 21st Century Services, which will prepare students for working with consumers who do not wish to have traditional funeral and burial services. Graduates of this college will earn the title of certified celebrant.

The ICCFA Online Institute
The ICCFA Online Institute is comprised of several services launched by the ICCFA to facilitate education and networking among association members. It offers a broad range of Internet-based programs available to all ICCFA members, including online courses, downloadable resources and a networking forum. Continuing Education (CE) Credit
Are you a funeral director who must meet state-mandated continuing education requirements in order to renew your license? One of your most valuable opportunities for obtaining those credits is through ICCFA educational programs. Certification Designation Program
ICCFA has designed a certification program to recognize those persons who have achieved the highest level of achievement within the funeral service and memorialization industry. The ICCFA Certification Committee now awards five certifications:
- Certified Cemetery Executive (CCE)
- Certified Funeral Executive (CFuE)
- Certified Cremation Executive (CCrE)
- Certified Cemetery Funeral Executive (CCFE) and
- Certified Supplier Executive (CSE)
