A Real Education
by Natalie Filipoussis
An organization filled with knowledge, ambition and the ability to inspire professionals throughout the world-- that is the ICFA.
As a first-time student at ICFA University, I learned a valuable lesson: Networking is the key to success. Whether you are employed by or own a cemetery or funeral home, the ideas and experience we share with one another are what make us grow as professionals. The more we teach and learn from our colleagues, the better we can properly serve our families.
Every family deserves a caring and educated professional to serve them at their time of need. What we learn through networking with our colleagues and attending classes ultimately results in increased peace of mind for every family we serve.
The ICFAU professors and deans are not only experienced in their fields, they go beyond the call of duty to be helpful to students. They are shining examples of true industry professionals. Their classes are worth attending and great to be a part of.
ICFAU is well organized, accommodating and just plain fun. I am looking forward to next July in Memphis. See you all next year!
